Our journal’s principles

any individual, the potential of having free access to knowledge and also
to be able to freely express any inquiries, questions, points of view and
comments on any scientific publication and also to be able to participate
in a forum related to the publication.

Therefore, in order to be
true to our principles, the access of every reader to our publications is free,
while there is a small charge for the researchers – authors who wish to have their
scientific work published in our journal, in order to cover the publication

Your article can be published free of charge, if it
meets certain terms, as determined by the Editing Manager. You may submit an
abstract of your article to the Editing Manager for such determination.
